My name is Brianna and I am the vocalist for Alternative Pop Act from Dallas, "Clover The Girl". Independently, we have accumulated over 700k streams on Spotify over the course of year, toured statewide, nationally, and have started travelling to meet with and perform for record labels. I have many years of singing, songwriting, and guitar experience. Early on in my vocal career, I developed vocal nodules and have seen many vocal doctors and vocal therapists to heal them. In the process, I became very well rounded in regard to proper treatment and training of the vocal chords and I would love to pass this knowledge on. I have almost 10 years of performing experience (from playing original songs alone with my acoustic to fronting rock bands) and 9 years of tutoring, assisting, and coaching music. My love for music and passion for the voice is very apparent. My teaching style is a combination of keeping the voice healthy/classical vocal training and helping hone in one's unique vocal style.
Brianna C. has over 1 years of music experience in the Dallas area.
Brianna C. is proficient in and teaches Vocal Lessons, Song Writing Lessons .What to expect in my Song Writing Lessons
I have been writing songs since I was 12 and have taken courses on songwriting, worked with song writers and producers responsible for well known acts in genres from Rock to Hip Hop to Pop, and have written songs for Pop artists myself. My main focus is teaching song writing etiquette, work ethic, song structure, and intervals while developing the melody muscle in the student. It is only through learning where and when is best for me to write, writing a LOT, that I have been able to start having a distinct set of intervals (notes in relation to one another.. when you can "tell" that a song was written by a certain person) in my songs. There are two lanes that you can be taught as a songwriter-Speed songwriting, and being patient with yourself. I want to give the student a realistic impression of how much time it takes to write good songs and why taking your time is worth it.
What to expect in my Vocal Lessons
The music I write, play, and perform requires rock vocals which I was only able to develop by first getting my voice fit and healthy classically. My lessons will be devoted to executing proper breathing/use of the throat and lungs to keep the voice in good health, finding and furthering range through exercises, while keeping the MAIN focus on the student's personal style and finding a unique instrument through the student's voice.
