I have been playing music for 27 years starting out as a classically trained trombone player. I started to play in rock bands as a kid and kept at it until I was playing lead guitar in a rock band that was signed and toured the country. Now, I focus on writing, recording, and performing music.

What to expect in my Song Writing Lessons

The students can learn the structures of a song, popular chordal forms, theory (key signatures and harmonized scales), and song charting.
What to expect in my Record Engineer Produce

The student can learn the mechanics of mic placement, mic types and uses, signal flow, using a DAW (Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, or Cubase 8), mixing and work flow, and some mastering techniques.
What to expect in my Drum Lessons
Beginner -
The student can learn to read rhythm notation, basic stick rudiments, beats, and drumming techniques.
What to expect in my Bass Guitar Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
The student can either learn pick or finger style playing along with scales, rhythm, and theory if they choose to go that in depth.
What to expect in my Guitar Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
Depending on what the student is looking for, I can teach the student to read music and learn theory as it relates to the guitar, or they can simply learn the mechanics and techniques required to learn and play songs. Everything from rhythm to lead guitar.
