My song writing lessons will consist of a variety of beginning to intermediate level music theory. with knowing music theory a student will be able to sit at a piano or any instrument for that matter and be able to put music down on pape these building blocks are what is essential to writing music and a solid knowledge of chord structure will be what is prominent in these lessons.

Electronic music is something i have used the past couple years and it has changed my outlook on the future of music. i took an electronic music/ producing class at college that showed me how to apply these skills in a high school or middle school music classroom setting. By using certain programs on a computer i will be able to conduct this setting and help students grow accordingly.

I have been playing the Trumpet and French Horn since I was in middle school. i have taught marching band throughout college and know exactly what to say pedagogically for any horn playe i take a step by step process when teaching brass instruments. a process that will help with embouchure, aperture, and air issues the top three candidates for any brass problem. Many students say they enjoy my brass teaching style for it requires a patience that i possess.

A positive and organic approach to guita Students will get a relaxed and unique style of teaching that will help star off a love for guita Every lesson will have a take home assignment that will help push the student as well as me. It is my hope my guitar lessons will be more than just learning an instrument but finding that love for music.

My whole life I have been singing and have been placed with top notch vocal instructors as well as the lower end of vocal instructors. I know what to look for at an anatomical level to help students learn a healthy approach to voice. We will start from the very beginning each lesson and assure students will have the fundamental approach needed for a successful voice caree Ive been a part of some of Oklahomas finest choirs and know how to apply those skills as well. Teaching voice will be something i hopefully do the rest of my life.
