Jazz, Blues, Rock, Acoustic, Easy-listening, Indie-style, Funk, Rhythmic/Melodic, R&B Soul, Metal I have played guitar for 5 years, sang for 7 years. I am always progressing and learning; I write original songs on the daily. I often think up melodies and transpose them into my singing and playing. I'm an aspiring singer/songwriter, myself with a real passion for understanding what makes music what it is.

If you are an aspiring songwriter wanting tips or to learn to flow more naturally in your playing or writing or singing, I would love to teach you everything I know about it. This tutoring is for anyone with a desire to learn, from absolute beginners of guitar or singing, to people who have some understanding and want to put it all together in an artistic fashion. I'll be teaching guitar and basic music theory from square one and I am confident that I can give you a concrete foundation that you or your children will be able to expand and grow from your entire life. One thing about being a musician is that you are always learning and will never stop progressing as a musician and an individual throughout your travels.

If you are interested in learning how to play guitar, chords, progressions, how to think up and translate a melody onto your instrument, or into your vocals, or you want to learn to solo like your favorite artists and musicians, I can help you do that. And I want to help you do that. My goal is to give you the skills and understanding you need to do what YOU truly desire to do with music. All it takes is a drive, some motivation, and a discerning mind; along with time. Time and patience is the key to becoming a wonderful musician. While learning to play guitar, I will talk about the corresponding ideas of music theory that will allow you to comprehend what you are actually doing and why it sounds that way, and why the music feels the way it does.
