More a mad scientist than musician, Phoenix is an international Entertainer & Host. She progressively studies, experiments and performs in music, dance, theatre/television & visual arts and has since age 3. She describes herself as an artist and visionary using vocals and sound as her medium to create environments, tell stories and paint pictures. For 8 years, Phoenix has cultivated her soulful style with international vocal coach & mentor, Tricia Grey, performance with global jazz vocalist Kim Wright of Days Ahead and artist development with VocalizeU, The Company Acting Studio & Sam Christensen Studios based out of Los Angeles, CA. She began acting professionally at age 9, since then working in notable productions including The Colored Museum under direction of Tony award-winning Kenny Leon at the Alliance Theatre in Atlanta, GA Phoenix serves as vocalist, songwriter, voice coach and executive producer for her projects and for other artists. In 2017, she’ll release her cosmic EP “Renovatio” in collaboration with Philly bred producer/composer HYPTNO & New York based producer Stuart Innis. Phoenix continues to expand on songwriting, referencing & background vocals for others and herself in collaboration with NY, LA and Atlanta based producers, musicians and artists. Connecting with purpose & passion, her mission is to activate transformation and inspire creativity within her listeners/viewers through expression across all media platforms (TV, radio, film, internet & print). 2017 heralds the launch of Phoenix’s solo career as well as her breakthrough in mainstream radio & television hosting.
